getting away from it all

So finally! We get out of town for a couple of days. San Francisco was the perfect spot. Beautiful weather, lots of walking, great food and no decisions. It worked for us. We spent some time watching the Mid Winters Series on the Bay. Lots of boats and NO WIND!! Pretty unusual for San Fran.

Going up or going down, it's all good..

These stairs are so fun. We just have to decide what to make the treads out of. Feel free to go wild with any suggestions. The plywood is getting us up and down for the moment!

Dome Done!

We can't wait to get the scaffolding down so we can see it without all the rigamarole....

It's all about the Dome

For the last couple of weeks we've been working on the dome, inside and out. These pictures should give a sneak preview. There's a whole lot of energy going into this! I think you can say that it will be the only one like it around here.
